About Janell
I spent sixteen years in public health leadership, guiding teams through uncertainty, reorganization, and the kind of pressure that either breaks a team or builds one. That experience — plus formal training in facilitation, personality assessments, and 360° feedback — is the foundation of my coaching practice today.
